1. Resize:
– Complimentary resizing services are provided for rings, allowing adjustments up to three sizes larger or smaller.
– Charges apply for resizing beyond a three-size difference.
– Note: Some designs may not be advisable for resizing due to design proportion. Consult our expert consultants for further information.

2. Refurbish:
– Complimentary refurbishment is offered for all jewelry once a year, extending for a period of 10 years.
– Additional refurbishment services may incur charges.

3. Warranty:
– For detailed information on jewelry warranty, please refer to our Terms and Conditions Policy.

Return Instructions:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. Contact our sales consultant to inform them of your return request.
2. Place the jewelry into a GILL SMITH jewelry box and the delivery box.
3. Seal the delivery box with a GILL SMITH security sticker and send us a picture.
4. Wait for courier pickup.
– Invoices, receipts, and gemstone certificates are not required for returns related to resizing and refurbishing.

Return Shipping Charges:

Malaysian Orders:
– Complimentary one-time return shipping for Resize, Refurbishment, and Warranty Claims related to Manufacturing Defects by GILL SMITH.
– For subsequent returns, GILL SMITH covers the shipping charges, but a MYR 20 fee applies when the adjusted product is ready for shipment.

International Orders:
– One-time free international return shipping for Warranty Claims related to Manufacturing Defects by GILL SMITH.
– Warranty Claim coverage does not extend to Resizing or Refurbishment.
– For subsequent Warranty Claim returns, a USD120 charge per shipment applies.
– For international returns not related to Warranty Claims, a USD120 fee per shipment will be incurred.
– GST, VAT, Duty Tax, or other charges are the customer’s responsibility.
