GILL SMITH is committed to providing a seamless and satisfying experience with every purchase. We accept returns for resizing, refurbishment, and eligible warranty claims.
1. Ring Resizing
Complimentary resizing is available for adjustments up to three sizes (larger or smaller).
Fees apply for resizing beyond a three-size adjustment.
Certain designs may not be suitable for resizing due to design proportions. Please consult our jewelry experts before initiating a return.
2. Jewelry Refurbishment
Complimentary refurbishment is offered once per year for up to 10 years from the date of purchase.
Additional refurbishment services may incur charges.
3. Warranty Coverage
Warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below:
Contact our sales consultant to inform them of the return request.
Secure the jewelry in a GILL SMITH jewelry box and place it into the delivery box.
Seal the delivery box with a GILL SMITH security sticker and provide us a photo for verification.
Wait for courier collection.
Invoices, receipts, and gemstone certificates are not required for resizing and refurbishment returns.
Return Shipping Charges
Malaysian Orders
One-time complimentary return shipping for resizing, refurbishment, and warranty claims involving manufacturing defects.
For subsequent returns, GILL SMITH will continue to cover return shipping charges. However, a MYR 20 handling fee will apply when the adjusted product is shipped back to the customer.
International Orders
One-time complimentary international return shipping is provided for warranty claims involving manufacturing defects.
Warranty coverage does not extend to resizing or refurbishment for international customers.
For additional warranty claim returns, a charge of USD 120 per shipment applies.
For international returns unrelated to warranty claims, a USD 120 fee per shipment will be incurred.
GST, VAT, duty tax, and any additional import or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be modified or cancelled before payment is processed.
Once partial or full payment has been made, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
